England Retreat 2025:

A Sacred Pilgrimage of Remembrance

Autumn Equinox Week | September 19–26, 2025

The Return to Avalon

The land is calling. The stones remember you. This is a sacred return.

You are being called to walk where the veils are thin, where the Earth hums with memory, and where ancient portals await your presence. In September 2025, we gather for a 8-day pilgrimage through the mythic heart of Southern England—Stonehenge, Glastonbury, Bath, and the Cotswolds—lands once tended by Druids, priestesses, and seers.

2025 is a year of profound awakening. I’ve seen it psychically as a collective threshold—calling us to rise, to remember, to embody the fullness of our gifts. If you’ve felt the inner stirring… that sense of “something is coming”... this is part of that unfolding.

This retreat is a co-creation between you, the land, and the unseen. Through ceremony, somatic practice, elemental attunement, and intuitive transmission, we’ll not only remember who we are—but lift the energetic grid as we walk.

For me, this journey is deeply rooted. With British parents and a lifetime of visions tied to Avalon, this pilgrimage is the culmination of my path as a nomad, guide, and channel—bringing together sacred site activation, soul remembrance, and the joy of true community.

Are you ready to return to the places that once held you—and rise as the one who remembers?

With deep reverence,
Hannah Saunders

What This Journey Holds

Each part of our journey is intentionally woven to mirror the arc of transformation: grounding into the Earth, cleansing through water, awakening ancient codes, expanding into your gifts, and integrating it all into your lived body. Every ritual, site, and sacred pause has been chosen to meet you exactly where you are—and gently call you into who you’re becoming. We move with rhythm, reverence, and the wisdom of wholeness.

Portals on the Path:

  • Stonehenge

Stonehenge is a living solar temple—aligned with solstices, equinoxes, and the great turning of the wheel. At dawn on the Autumn Equinox, we walk the land in ceremony, just as our ancestors did. As light breaks across the stones, we enter a shared prayer with the cosmos—remembering our origin, our rhythm, and our role as light bearers in a new era.

  • Glastonbury Tor

The Tor is the heart of Avalon’s mythos—a spiraled hill long known for pilgrimage, ascension, and communion with the unseen. Aligned with dragon lines and star portals, it calls forth higher vision and soul sovereignty. Walking its path becomes a ritual of return, remembrance, and reclaiming your divine presence.

  • Chalice Well

For over two millennia, Chalice Well has been a sanctuary of healing and holy waters. Linked to the Grail and flowing rich with iron, the red spring symbolizes life, blood, and the feminine current of Avalon. Here, among sacred gardens and ancient stones, we drink, pray, and remember the waters within.

  • Avebury Henge

One of the largest stone circles in Europe, Avebury envelops a village and pulses with raw, grounded magic. You can walk among the stones, touch them, speak to them—entering a living dialogue with the ancestors and the land.

  • West Kennet Long Barrow

Carved into a chalk ridge over 5,000 years ago, this Neolithic tomb invites you into a dark, resonant womb of the Earth. Its acoustics amplify every whisper and chant, echoing ancestral memory. Inside, we speak to our lineage, reclaim our voice, and walk between past and becoming.

  • Rollright Stones

Older than Stonehenge, the Rollright Stones form a triad steeped in legend and deep Earth wisdom. The King’s Men, the Whispering Knights, and the King Stone each hold a distinct energetic key. Together, they create a portal for activation, protection, and connection to the wild, unseen realms.

The Path of the Druids

We will be walking lands that hold some of the most significant and best-preserved prehistoric monuments in Britain—sites like Avebury, West Kennet Long Barrow, and the Rollright Stones. These ancient landscapes are part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, reflecting their international importance and the enduring legacy of the peoples who honored them.

The Druids were ancient Celtic mystics, wisdom-keepers, and spiritual leaders of the old British Isles—poets, philosophers, healers, and seers who lived in deep communion with the land, stars, and cycles of life.

Their wisdom was not written in books, but carried in trees, stones, and song. Though much was lost, the essence of their knowing remains—especially in the lands we’ll walk.

As we journey, we remember not only the Druids of the past—but the Druid within. The one who knows how to listen to the land, speak to the unseen, and walk as a bridge between spirit and Earth.

Our Sanctuary:
Bowlish House

When dreaming this pilgrimage into being, our intuition led us straight to this charming gem—a sanctuary nestled in the storybook village of Bowlish, where time seems to slow and the land hums with quiet magic.

Bowlish House is a lovingly restored Georgian manor, a Grade II* listed stately home dating back to 1732. With its Palladian architecture, expansive gardens, and elegant, artfully curated interiors, it offers the perfect blend of soul and sophistication. Every corner feels intentional—inviting you to rest, remember, and return to yourself.

Surrounded by historic cottages and countryside charm, this house is our portal for the week—equal parts grounding and otherworldly. Just a stone’s throw from Glastonbury, Bath, and the sacred city of Wells, it’s nestled in the heart of Avalon’s energetic field.

“Hannah helps me trust in myself and what I am seeing. She is so authentic and makes everyone feel comfortable even if we are getting out of our comfort zone!  She is truly gifted and a gift to those of us living in this human form now. I highly recommend working with Hannah! You won't be disappointed.” Alisa

Our Food:

As we journey through powerful energetic and ancestral work, our bodies need to be held with just as much care as our spirits. That’s why we’ve partnered with the incredible in-house catering team, Jam and Tea, who will be lovingly preparing our breakfasts, dinners, and occasional lunches throughout the retreat.

Their approach to food is grounded in seasonal, organic ingredients and a deep love for hospitality. Every meal is crafted to nourish, delight, and restore—supporting you to go deeper, rest more fully, and feel held on every level.
